Terms of Service — Clawify by SIA JB Holdings

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clawify application (the “Application”) provided by SIA JB Holdings (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of the Application

The Clawify Application is a Shopify application that allows merchants to manage their Shopify store data — including products, orders, customers, collections, and inventory — through an AI-powered assistant powered by OpenClaw.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Authentication

Access to the Application may require authentication through Google OAuth and/or Shopify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Use the Application to transmit harmful or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, code, and content, is the intellectual property of SIA JB Holdings. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Application beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services, including Shopify and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIA JB Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Application.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The effective date at the top will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
